Physical Gift Cards

Physical gift cards purchased in-store must be physically present at the time of redemption. Because these are rechargeable gift cards, searching by gift card number alone may accidentally pull up another client’s gift card information.

To avoid confusion and ensure accurate processing, physical gift cards must be presented at checkout in order to be redeemed.

E-Gift Cards

E-gift card numbers can be found in the original email delivery. Please have your e-gift card code available at the time of payment processing.

If needed, we may be able to locate an e-gift card using the purchaser’s:

• Full name

• Email address

• Phone number

However, to ensure the most accurate and efficient processing, we strongly encourage clients to have the original e-gift card email available at the time of redemption.
