Full Body Massage

The Little Owl Spa offers one price for all types of massage therapy. The cost only varies based on duration of massage. Each session is customized to the clients needs in regards to pressure preference and massage type. Some of the modalities of massage that the massage therapists are trained in are: Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, myofacial release, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular massage, Eastern massage & lymphatic drainage. Aromatherapy is incorporated into every massage.

Prenatal Massage

30 MINUTES $75•60 MINUTES $120 

All of the massage therapist have received extra training in prenatal massage. This allows the therapist to know which areas to avoid, how much pressure is best for specific areas of the body as well as how to massage with the client side-lying. Please let the receptionist know if you are expecting. Clients must wait until they are 12 weeks pregnant to receive massage.

Cupping

30 MINUTES $65

A 30 minute cupping treatment.
The placing of cups ( plastic,) on the skin to create suction. Cups can be placed on the back, shoulders, stomach, legs or any muscle group where it’s easy to attach the cups. This technique lifts the muscle fibers and draw blood to the area assisting in myo facial release and pain relief in muscles.

The therapist incorporates 3 Young Living Essential Oils throughout the massage to assist in reaching overall wellness goals.

 Hot Stone Massage

Basalt sea stones are kept warm and applied to areas of tension. The therapist uses them as massage tools to target areas of tension and stress.

Scalp Massage and Oil Treatment

 A relaxing and soothing scalp massage using pumpkin seed oil and rosemary to assist in hair health and the softening of hair follicles. Improves blood flow to scalp which assists in hair growth and overall relaxation.

Foot Massage

A foot massage that incorporates stretching, reflexology points and Swedish massage techniques on the feet.

Back Scrub

A salt or sugar scrub is applied to the back, arms and shoulders to exfoliate the skin. It is completed with a light massage using heavier creams to lock in the moisture and ensure baby soft skin.

OCEAN DEW MAGNESIUM BODY TREATMENT:

The Ocean Dew body treatment detoxifies and fortifies the body, replacing & replenishing vital minerals and nutrients. This is a great option for ALL clients and especially those with muscle tension. It incorporates aromatherapy using stimulating essential oils of rosemary, juniper, thyme & lemon. Therapists apply a gentle exfoliating scrub containing marine algae and magnesium salts to replenish vital minerals while increasing moisture retention in the skin. The service is completed with the application of a luscious, skin hydrating body butter infused with aromatherapy botanicals, massaged into the skin.

SALT SCRUB WITH BODY BUTTER:
