The Little Owl Spa was opened by Kiki in 2010 offering skincare, waxing and massage therapy. Her skincare philosophy is “less is more” and she promotes clean, fragrance free skin care to ensure effective treatment without irritation. Over years of working with acne prone and sensitive skin, Kiki developed skin care systems that aid the skin in clearing up unpleasant conditions. All the estheticians are trained with her techniques, protocols, product recommendations and philosophy. Often times, her co-estheticians will consult with her for treatment and direction.
In her massage practice, Kiki works from the heart. With a genuine love for people, she provides relaxation, therapeutic and neuromuscular massage. Her massage style is thoughtful and powerful and she incorporates stretching and trigger point therapy.
Katerina Zeoli, Licensed Esthetician & Waxing Professional
Katerina is a licensed Esthetician, trained specifically in science backed skincare, body waxing, and the art of eyebrow shaping. She is a true professional with a passion for gentle yet effective skin care. She creates practical and personal skin care routines for each client to maximize the results of her facials. When it comes to brow shaping, you are also in great hands! Her forte is keeping the brows natural, symmetrical and thick while offering a clean and precise shape. Katerina is also experienced in quick and painless brazilian and full body waxing services. Last but not least, Katerina also offers brow lamination which give a more bold brow look. Book with her Tuesday through Saturdays!
Gillian Chadsey, Licensed Massage Therapist
A Swedish institute graduate in 2009, Gillian has 14 years experience in massage therapy. Deep tissue, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular massage, Thai massage and lymphatic drainage are some of her great talents. She is knowledgable and has a strong passion for healing and client care. We are blessed to have her on our team. She is available Thursday and Friday.
Chelsea Drummond, Licensed Esthetician & Waxing professional
Chelsea has been treating skin and offering waxing services for 5 years at The Little Owl. Skin care has been her passion for as long as she can remember. She has been working side by side with Kiki for long enough to have her own experience with all types of skin issues from dehydration to acne and aging. She is a focused practitioner and gives clients a peaceful and comfortable space to unwind and relax. All of the estheticians at The Little Owl Spa follow Kiki's strict skin care philosophy: non-fragrant product use, "less is more" approach, educate more than sell and skincare based on factual skin biology and science. Chelsea also specializes in brow shapings and has such a natural talent for creating beautiful symmetry and balance of the brows.

Darlene is an amazing massage therapist. She is truly nurturing to her clientele yet she is a powerhouse of strength and body work knowledge. She is artful in her massage approach, endearing and understands body mechanics to be able to give a well-rounded therapeutic and relaxing massage. She loves providing clients with hot stone massage and is available for bookings on Wednesday. You will leave relaxed, unwound and pain-free after seeing her!

Nicole has always had a passion for helping others which led her to massage therapy. Born and raised in the Hudson Valley, she graduated from the Finger Lakes School of Massage in 2017 and has experience with a variety of massage modalities.
Nicole specializes in providing Swedish, prenatal, hot stone, deep tissue, and relaxation massage. She believes that wellness starts muscle deep and treats each of her clients’ individual needs to ensure they leave treatment refreshed and pain free.
